Terms and Conditions of Purchase

Welcome to Grafit31. By making a purchase in our online store, the user (hereinafter, the «Customer») accepts the following Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you read them carefully before finalising your order.

General Information

These terms and conditions govern the sale of products offered on Grafit31. Any order placed implies full acceptance of these conditions by the Customer.

2. Orders and Personalisation Process

  • Data accuracy: As these are personalised items, the Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the details provided (sizes, colours, texts, uploaded designs, etc.) are correct before confirming the purchase.
  • Intellectual Property: If the Client provides a logo, image or design to customise the garment, they declare that they own the copyright and exploitation rights to them, releasing Grafit31 from any legal liability for infringement of third-party rights. We reserve the right to refuse orders containing offensive or illegal material, or material that infringes trademark rights.
  • Colours and finishes: The images displayed on the website are digital representations. The Customer accepts that the final colours of the garment and the print may vary slightly from what is displayed on the device screen.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices shown on the website include the relevant applicable taxes (such as VAT) in accordance with current legislation, unless otherwise stated. Delivery costs will be calculated and displayed before completing the purchase. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods available on the website.

4. Shipping and Production Lead Times

As they are products manufactured or personalised on demand, the processing times are different from those of a traditional stockist.

  • The estimated production time is 14 working days.
  • Once the garment has been produced, transit time will depend on the courier company and the destination, estimated at 24-48 hours Extras.

5. Exchanges and Returns Policy

In accordance with Article 103, section ‘c’ of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (Law 3/2014), the right of withdrawal shall not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

Therefore, the applicable policies are as follows:

  • No returns or size exchanges are accepted for personalised clothing if the mistake is due to the Customer making a mistake when choosing options during purchase or a change of mind.
  • Defective products or production errors: If the garment arrives with a manufacturing defect, the print is damaged or a different size/colour from the one on the order summary has been sent, Grafit31 will replace the product at no extra cost.
  • Complaints procedure: To manage an incident, the Customer must get in touch by sending an email to contacto@grafit31.com] within a maximum period of [ex: 14] calendar days from receipt of the order, attaching clear photographs of the defect and the order number.

6. Modifications to the Terms

Grafit31 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The modifications will come into effect upon their publication on the website and will apply to orders placed after that date.
